The Rebus team celebrates Tasha Whitton’s agility and tremendous impact in our Open Publishing Projects Certificate (OPC) program! Tasha took on an extra cohort when we were down a facilitator, doubling her impact to support over 70 participants across 12 project teams. Her ability to guide such a large group with care and clarity revealed an incredible capacity to take on new challenges, especially as a first-time facilitator.
Furthermore, Tasha’s leadership extends beyond the OPC. Last month, she facilitated Rebus’ free “Revising and Remixing with AI” webinar, where she shared carefully considered observations about new innovations in OER creation and offered vital reflections on AI’s legal, ethical, and environmental implications. We’re grateful to have Tasha in our facilitator network and excited to see what she takes on next!
